How to Make a Paper Bag Puppet

Appropriate for preschool and kindergarten aged kids with adult supervision.

Supplies
some brown paper bags
glue and/or tape
construction paper
scissors
markers
googly eyes, pipe cleaners, streamers, ribbon, and any other crafting material you have handy.

Open the paper bag and turn it upside down.  Put your hand inside and use the bottom flap as the folding "mouth" of your puppet.  The bag's bottom will be the puppet's face. 

Use your materials to decorate the bag, turning it into a puppy, a kitten, a person, a curious creature, or any other character you can dream up.  Cut circles of paper for eyes, ears, and clothing, and use your markers to draw on a mouth.
